Blue Mar Real Estate Group ("we," "our," "us") operates pinecrestaddress.com (the "Site"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Site.
When you submit an inquiry, book a consultation, or interact with the Site's tools, we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, phone number, and details about your real estate interests. We collect technical information automatically: browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent. If you have agreed to receive contact, we may also collect the responses you provide during follow-up conversations and visits.
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested resources, schedule appointments, and represent you in real estate transactions if you engage us as your broker. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We work with vendors who help us operate the Site (hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, document delivery). These vendors process information only as needed to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing sales@bluemargroup.com. You may unsubscribe from any of our communications using the link in any email or by replying STOP to text messages. Unsubscribing does not affect our ability to communicate with you about pending real estate transactions or matters required by law or contract.

All listing data displayed on PinecrestAddress is provided through the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® / Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (SEFMLS), and is for the personal, non-commercial use of consumers viewing the Site. Listing data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. The information being provided is for the consumer's personal use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.
The brokerage that holds each listing is credited in immediate proximity to that listing's data, in accordance with SEFMLS Rules. Where a listing is held by a brokerage other than Blue Mar Real Estate Group, that brokerage is identified prominently with the listing.
Information sourced from the SEFMLS is visually distinguished from Blue Mar's proprietary analysis and enrichment data. The "Listing Data" block contains only data from the MLS feed and the listing brokerage. The "Beyond the MLS" intelligence block contains Blue Mar's proprietary scoring, parcel intelligence, and feature analysis, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SEFMLS.
When you submit an inquiry about a property listed by another brokerage, your inquiry is directed to Blue Mar Real Estate Group as your prospective buyer's representative. Blue Mar does not represent the seller of properties listed by other brokerages. Buyer representation is established only upon execution of a written buyer-broker agreement.

Per Florida law and the National Association of REALTORS®, broker fees, commissions, and compensation are not set by law and are fully negotiable. Any compensation arrangement is defined in the buyer representation agreement executed between Blue Mar and the buyer.
Effective with industry-wide reforms in 2024, a written buyer representation agreement is required between buyer and broker before showings of properties. Blue Mar will provide a buyer representation agreement for review and execution before scheduling property tours.
Blue Mar Real Estate Group typically operates in a single-agency capacity, representing either buyer or seller. Florida law permits transaction broker and dual agent roles in defined circumstances; if any such circumstance arises, the consent and disclosure required by Florida law will be obtained in writing.
